Meet the Animals
These are some of our permanent residents. Many of these have come into our rescue and have won over our hearts.
Shelly
Hermann's Tortoise
This little lady was rehomed to us back in 2020, she came from a loving home who was unable to continue to meet her needs.
We quickly decided that she would be staying as she is so incredibly sweet.
She's also our veggie dustbin.
Simba
Crested Gecko
This spotty little boy was not a rescue, but he is one of our favourite Geckos here.
Always happy to be handled, he's a very calm and laidback boy.
Banzai
Crested Gecko
Unlike Simba, this boy does not tolerate handling. This has made it quite difficult to rehome him, so he's staying here until the perfect home pops up.
He is still a gorgeous young man and great fun to watch in the evening.
Crabson
Marine Hermit Crab
Crabson is one of two Hermit's that came from a local college, who were unfortunately unable to keep them.
This smart little guy has trained us to feed him by tapping on the glass repeatedly, not stopping until he gets food... clever but very loud!
Crabbies
Purple Vampire Crabs
These little colourful crabs are pretty new animals with us, after being gifted a pair. Though we quickly found out that we have many, many more than just the pair as they have several generations of babies. Far too many to count.

Black Fire Millipedes
These are just one of a few species of Millipedes here.
These are fantastic little pets, great for people looking at keeping Inverts for the first time.
